Description | Provide a full range of secretarial services related in a prompt, accurate and systematic manner in order to support the operations of the branch. Receives and greets business visitors and clients courteously and provides the required assistance in order to promote good business relationships and maintain positive image of the company. Prepare or edit organizational publications for internal or external audiences Schedules and updates all business and operational related appointments. Creates and maintains the records and filing system. Follow up on collection and payment and send to head office relative documents and receipts. Handle petty cash disbursement Enter data on Premia system related to outstanding premiums, commissions, receivables and payables. |
