Conduct sales calls and support the field by responding to product questions, assisting agents with product selection, competitor information, suitability, sales presentations and software support. *Responsible for project management on the launch or re-launch of products and new marketing initiatives. *Conduct training seminars for field on new product launches and refresher courses on existing products and/or procedures. *Perform problem resolution for field and internal partners on problem cases/exception situations. *Arrange documented programs of visits to all potential customers and assist in making opportunities. *Develop and update the competitive products list. *Assess customer needs, demonstrate products and provide technical description of products as well as the purposes of their usage. *Assist in quoting and negotiate prices and commercial terms. *Report to Sales Manager the sales forecast, and provide feedback on the marketing of new or established products. *Conduct products presentation, attend and assist in promotional exhibitions and road shows. *Maintain relations with existing clients and identify new clients. *Be aware of competitive products and pricing.
Previous sales experience in a multinational company is a must. Previous experience in sales for average 5 years is a must.IT background is a plus.
