Description | The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Responsible for the marketing and sales of a specific client or company -Deals with new and existing suppliers. -Responsible for the product display and the effect of the marketing on the sales. -Communication with the suppliers and closing new deals -Awareness of the furniture market and what are the new products in the market and the new offers and the prices. -Determine the effective advertising channel to promote and market the product. Responsible for the customers satisfaction and feedback Determine the competition and competitors prices. |
Qualifications | -3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships Extremely detail oriented Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc) High level of initiative and work well in a team environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction |
