Description | -Responsible for all client communications, conflicts resolutions, and compliance on client deliverables. •Reviews all deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. •Manage large clients and present performance to Top Management •Report critical and non critical cases to ops manager and manage the escalation procedures •Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business. •Reports to the Operations Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis. •Manage Team Leaders and senior team leaders’ performance. •Organize and direct the daily activities of the call center’s operation. |
Qualifications | Minimum 4 years of experience in the call center field. |
