Description	•define, propose and monitor the plans and objectives of the electrical team in accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the Electricity & Automation – Manufacturing Execution System (E&A–MES) Activity . •propose and implement work processes, procedures and technical resources relating to the electrical team. • lead and coordinate the electrical team and maintain competencies, motivation and performance to achieve the teams mission and objectives. •propose and implement work processes, procedures and technical resources in accordance with the Engineering Policy, Key Principles and the Electricity & Automation – Manufacturing Execution System (E&A-MES) Activity as outlined in the Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE) master document. •coordinate personnel (e.g. technicians, instrument fitters, contractors etc.) to ensure the Automation and MES objectives are satisfied.
Qualifications	•Degree/Diploma in engineering, preferably electrical engineering. Minimum 3 years experience in the field of electricity in a manufacturing facility.

Other Skills	General and professional skills • In-depth knowledge of Electricity, in low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage installations. • In-depth knowledge of EMC (Electromagnetic compatibility). • Good knowledge of local electrical code and standards. • Knowledge of Instrumentation and Process Control Systems. • Knowledge of food processing operations and technology. • Knowledge on MES (Manufacturing Execution System). • Knowledge on manufacturing IT. • Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety, hygienic engineering and Nestlé Quality System. • Analytical skills in Problem Solving. • Maintenance & Improvement , Energy & Project Management. Language • local language and/or English. Support Tools • MS Office/MS Project. • Consequence Driven Maintenance (CDM). • Asset & Maintenance Management (AMM). • Automation toolbox (From PLC, HMI to FAS MES and integration). •International Standards: S88 & S95.
