| Description | 1. Establish and maintain financial and management procedures in accordance with local laws and regulations, company policies and procedures and Generally Accepted Accounting principles. 2. Review of key Company processes to enhance efficiency within a well controlled environment. 3. Daily review of working capital utilization and cash flow management, analyzing change and advising accordingly; 4. formulating strategic and long-term business plans; 5. researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance; analyzing competitors and market trends; 6. developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk; 7. conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities; 8. managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems; 9. liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out; producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines. |
| Qualifications | Must have at least 5 years experience as Finance Manager . Holding CMA , CFA is preferred . |
