Description	Demonstrates ability to make proper system selections with/without supervision of senior designer / senior engineer Ability to read, review and evaluate floor plans, sections and elevations and visualize three dimensional space in building construction Proficiency in Auto CAD MEP and design and calculation software Thorough understanding of applying LEED principals to building design and applicable codes Write technical reports and engineering proposals for small projects standards Prepare mechanical engineering designs for HVAC and hydronic systems, meeting budget expectations and project schedules.
Qualifications	Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Must be able to interface with clients and attend meetings • Work in close contact with the entire design team • Master company drawing organization format & drawing standards.
