Description | Issues sales cement coupons and pro-forma invoices to registered customers and forwards the coupons to the Dispatch to maintain high level of accuracy in the cement delivery Provide help and support in ERP systems and IT related problems. Monitors customers’ payment receipts, performs customer credit checks in conjunction with the Finance department (system monitor) Maintains good long term relationships with customers and resolves any collection issues in coordination with finance department. Performs various administration activities within the financial accounts (e.g. analysing expenses, declarations review dispatches, recording creditors, stock levels, making entries, etc.) Contacts the banks to inform them with the new customers to keep the company customers list updated Prepares and provide different types of reports to give a comprehensive and accurate overview of the sales transactions |
Qualifications | University degree. IT knowledge preferable Sales process awareness Good command of English High PC literacy |
