performs moderately difficult secretarial and clerical duties under direct supervision. Examples of work performed may include typing or word processing correspondence, memos, reports; setting up and maintaining files and record systems, sorting mail, greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, or scheduling appointments. May operate photocopier, facsimile, or other office equipment. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department this may include anything from arranging important conferences/ meetings with senior clients. Experience from 1-2 years in a same position
Professional user of Microsoft applications (word- Excel- PowerPoint)
Female
1 - 2 Years.
1- Excellent communication skills
