| Description | Manage the structure of the configuration as implemented develops accurate used needs Apply appropriate security polices administer the security policy and report transgression as per the business rules outlined by management Create new projects Create new asset registers Prepare and maintain report utility customized reporting as required Make sound and independent judgements within established guidelines Maintains a professional approach when dealing with CMMS users and and other departmental staff Prepare clear and accurate maintenance management reports Help engineering staff to understand the associations between inventory and works orders Assist with manpower planning and utilization Develops, update and customize reporting Analyse efficiency levels of works orders Report on repeat task to same equipment types Coordinates with central systems in set working teams Develop user manuals Develop user training material Train new users Conduit user specific in-house training Provide guidance to users Support and develop customized enhancements for users Participate on the operational level with users Maintain database integrity Ensure back-ups are done to the policy set by the Head of facility management |
| Qualifications | Bachelor degree in engineering or building management field from any university High emotional intelligence Hard worker Fluent English is a must Leadership skills and knowledge of small network architecture Good knowledge of server platform software Working knowledge of web-based architecture maintenance |
