• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically. • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, research questions using available information resources • Advise user on appropriate technical actions, follow standard help desk procedures. • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. • Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software. • Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use. • Design, configure, and test computer hardware and operating system software. • Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science • Excellent command of English language (written & spoken). • Excellent MS Office skills. • Independent self-starter who can deliver results under pressure and meeting deadlines. • Highly motivated and serious achiever.
