Description	• Help the R&D team to apply the R&D process • Preparing QA plan and Audit Plan for R&D projects • Arranging audits with the project team • Evaluating process and work products objectively • Providing visibility to higher management on process adherence • Collect lesson learned during process implementation • Collect process best practices during project execution • Share with the process improvement team to improve the R&D process
Qualifications	• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 1 to 2 years related experience • Must have strong friendly relationship skills • Interviewing and audit skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their work activities and ask the right questions to surface essential problems. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office products. • Experience of CMMI Model for development. • Knowledge of Software, Hardware, and embedded system development life cycle is preferred.
