Description
|
-Working as Customer Care Representative (CCR) in Arabic Technical
Assistance Center (Arabic TAC).
-Answering the phone within 10 seconds with average duration 2 Min. per
call.
-Handling Customer Requests related to all product line.
-Handling customer requests by transferring the requests to the related
engineer according to Arabic TAC workflow and regulations.
-Accepting Customer Request, Respond within the SLA & make regular
survey for all customers in daily basis.
-Generating reports to measure the KPI & quality for all Arabic TAC
PL.
-Working in shifts (day and night) if needed (male only).

Qualifications |
-0 2-3 2years 2experience 2in 2customer 2care 2field.
-Bachelor 2degree.
-Fluent 2English. 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2
-Very 2good 2knowledge 2of 2MS-office 2applications.
-Able 2to 2work 2in 2night 2shifts 2(male 2only).
-Excellent 2Communication 2Skills.
