Responsible for all cars, buses, drivers and the maintenance
of the fleet from all aspects. 1.Develop a fleet administration
standards and vehicle operating policies. 2.Supervise and analyze
performance of the preventative maintenance program and repairs to
minimize vehicle failures and protect companys vehicle assets, and
adjust the program as necessary. 3.Maintain a current knowledge of
maintenance provider capabilities. Coordinates the setup and operation
of maintenance and monitors the vehicles maintenance problems at
repair facilities. 4.Maintain the fleet database for analysis and
monitoring of stock, vehicles registration, license renewal,
insurance, parts inventory and associated costs. Participates with the
Marketing departments during events, exhibitions, conferences to assign
vehicles, invitations dispatching and transportation. 5.Keep informed
of the assigned fleets day-to-day, minute-to-minute operation,
including delays, cancellations and develops methods to reduce these
events by improving training levels and/or improving processes and
procedures. Follows up on solutions for outstanding vehicles problems.
6.Ensure that top management is notified of unusual circumstances
status of corrective action plans. 7.Work closely with the Sales, HR,
Administration, After Sales, in developing and monitoring long- range
plans to fulfill the mission and vision of the department.
Qualifications
-FMCG background is a MUST.
-Good Command of English both spoken & written.
-Very good leadership skills.
