Description
1)Ensure that the products are produced and stored according
to appropriate documents. 2)Approve the instructions relating to
production operations. 3)Check the maintenance of the quality premises
and equipment of production department. 4)Ensure that the appropriate
process validation and calibration of control equipments are performed
and recorded and the reports made available. 5)Follow up on GMP
implementation / TQM / ISO. 6)Develop manufacturing procedures / staff.
7)Participate in monitoring and control of manufacturing environment.
8)Participate in ensure plant hygiene. 9)Participate in process
validation and calibration of analytical apparatus. 10)Participate in
training including the application and principals of quality assurance.
11)Participate in approval and monitoring of suppliers of materials.
12)Participate in monitoring of storage conditions for materials and
products. 13)Participate in monitoring of complaints with GMP
requirements. 14)Participate in follow up of the product recall and
dealing with complaints. 15)Follow up & achieves the production
related to sales plans.
Qualifications
He
should have knowledge of product specification formulation & golden
standards / knowledge of production scheduling & performance needs
(R/M & Labor…….). Knowledge of batches system & procedures
knowledge & skills in (In Process Control) standards / knowledge
& skills in production process / asses efficiency & He should
have highly developed knowledge and skill in planningproductivity and
scheduling / also in execution / follow up and taken corrective action
/ and He knows company valueinformation management system. &
culture/ should results driven/ customer oriented/ strong skills in
trouble shooting & decision Making/ he knows finance for non
finance accounting with analytical abilities / intellectual curse ties
especial in understand how other functions impact the business
