Description
—Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the
operating quality and efficiency of the department.
—Direct staff in the development, analysis, and operation of reports.
—Approving specifications, test methods and other quality control
procedures.
—Monitoring of compliance with requirement of Good manufacturing
practice.
—The inspection, investigation and approval of sampling procedure in
order to monitor factors which may affect product quality. —Responsible
for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee
training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, back-up for absent
employees and shift rotations.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in pharmacy.
Minimum 10 years of experience.
He must have good knowledge & skill in pharmacy processing technology & procedures.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical product specification and standard/ good knowledge of product process.
He must be result oriented / skill in motivation – social behavior & management by support
