— Ensure the most cost-effective production process according
to the plans defined by manager manufacturing, while meeting the
production schedule with best quality at lowest possible costs for
local and abroad business units.
— Ensure that section achieves / exceeds line productivity and
efficiency targets.
— Responsible for overall lines efficiency, yield, rework, overweight,
scrap, line manning and production volume.
— Manage teams and ensure individual people development and guidance.
— Ensure proper training for section team members.
— Bear overall responsibility for establishing a team culture at the
lines by providing clear understanding of the requirements for the CIP
culture (e.g. organization, TPM, behaviors / attitude and culture).
— Communicate planes and information to section teams and follow
through on all commitments.
