Description
1.Handling PRINTING devices hardware maintenance 2.Provide
support for the setup and management of the secured printing as well as
Hardware Maintenance and Support 3.OS/Software/Firmware, bug fixes, and
security updates 4.Update status of the Printing Problems to COMPANY
Helpdesk 5.Provide Preventive Maintenance for Printing Devices when
needed 6.Provide needed reports (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) as
well as any other report requested by COMPANY management. 7.Perform
Printing Devices Labeling with agreed labeling structure. 8.Ensure that
all printers have adequate supply of paper in their trays on daily
basis 9.Ensure that COMPANY store rooms have enough supplies.
Qualifications
1.Very
good practical knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining XEROX
printing/ copier devices and customer support 2.Good communication
skills 3.Provide professional company image in front of the customer
4.Knowledge on using MS Office Applications (using Excel is a must)
5.Ability to work after working hours when needed.
