1. Owning responsibility for the development, execution and
performance of Channel Branding Strategy and Standards across all trade
channels and product categories. 2. Ensuring alignment across the Sales
and Marketing teams the organization of channel branding and product
presence in accordance with marketing strategy and budget.
3. Facilitate and execute KPIs and project plans for channel branding
4. Participate in planning and implementing short and long term loyalty
programs for trade agents to meet sales and marketing objectives
supported with all relevant tracking tools to insure quality of program
execution.
5. Improve merchandising performance in different trade channels
through ensuring merchandising standards and developing innovative
merchandising tools that reflect on sales volume and service portfolio
visibility.
6. Collect and analyze all relevant information about competition and
communicate on a timely manner to management to take appropriate
actions and decisions.
7. Collaborate with marketing in translating trade agents and customers
(end users) ideas into commercial plans of all promotions.
8. Cooperate with sales & marketing managers to make
recommendations on pricing strategy, service portfolio and package.
9. Cooperate with Customer Service in providing on field support and
training to trade agents
10. Provide weekly and monthly reporting to management .
Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing field
• Fluency in English
• Project management, KPI building and monitoring, problem resolution and general management expertise.
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
• Outstanding communication skills, dispute resolution and conflict management capabilities.
