- Provide efficient telephone enquiry services to customers, by
ensuring calls are answered prompt, delivering high customer
satisfaction.
- Ensure that services knowledge is at sufficient levels to accurately
advise customers on the entire range of our travel services.
- Ensure that all calls are answered to customer satisfaction and more
complex ones are escalated as appropriate.
- Follow up service quality with main branch in Saudi Arabia and other
tasks related to that area.
- Analyze and resolve customer queries and requests within set
procedures.
- Undertake all procedures required by system and keep the database
regularly updated.
- Report on customers issues and concerns relating to procedures and
products to optimize marketing intelligence gathering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, with excellent command of English language
- Experience in Customer Services or Customer relations
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good knowledge about tourism & hotels booking
- A polite, confident and friendly manner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- To enjoy working with customers and building relationships.
- Perseverance and the ability to respect customers answers
- Flexibility and quick thinking.
