-Works as Data Communication customer support engineer CSE.
- Handle Customer Requests related to Data Communication Product Line .
- Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to Arabic TAC
workflow and regulations.
- Accept Customer Request, Respond & resolve them quickly &
effectively according to SLA.
- Working in shifts if needed.
- If assigned, participate in Projects & acceptance testing
Inside/outside Egypt
- Participate in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to
provide technical perspective of Data Communication Product line.
- If assigned, provide Technical Supervision/tutoring for staff.
Qualifications
- From 2
-4 years experience in related field.
- Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering.
- Fluent of English reading and writing.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High ability of fast learning and practice.
- Good team work
- Good attitude and self motivated.
- Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his
experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel and work in 24* 7 shifts
-Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different
- Familiar with dynamic routing protocols (RIP, OSPF , ISIS , and BGP).
- Familiar with QoS principles
- Familiar with VPN technologies (GRE , IPSEC )
-Familiar with MPLS technologies (MPLS LDP , MPLS TE , BGP MPLS VPN ,
L2VPN )
- Familiar with of Network Services and Features (DHCP , NAT, NTP, SNMP,
and AAA)
- Familiar with PPP, PPPoE and RADIUS Protocols.
