1.Monitor and guide sales team towards the Companys goals and
objectives.
2.Achieve companys targets 3.Coordinate between the sales agents, and
be aware of their daily schedule/agenda.
4.Handling inquires and complaints of clients towards the sales agents.
5.Following up with the developers representatives regarding any
updates or modifications concerning the projects.
6.Looking for cooperation opportunities with other real estate
companies.
7.Attending any important meetings/events and report to G. Manager.
8.Following the management strategy and instructions. 9.Following up
with the sales agents for achieving the target. 10.Supervising the
farming process and assuring that it is covering all the markets needs.
11.Supervising the marketing process for all the properties under the
companys management. 12.Supervising the exclusive projects and update
the G. Manager monthly with the current status of each one.
Qualifications
