1. To study and understand each contracts commercial terms and
conditions and ensure compliance
2. To monitor and control fit-out budget.
3. Input transaction data into Contract Management Module and
Subcontract Payment Control module of JD Edwards.
4. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing all project feasibilities /
PARs which require Board sign off.
5. Responsible for preparing standard models for analysis and issue
guidelines on analysis / methodologies and parameters.
6. Responsible for implementation of high level key performance
indicator reporting mechanisms of )financial measures)
for senior management to facilitate decision making.
7. Responsible for performance measures (Cash flows, Sales, Operating/
Project Expenses, Debt: Equity ratios, ROE , IRR, Margins, NPV) for
project pipeline
Qualifications
1. MBA
from a premier Institution, optional CPA or CFA.
2. Should have at least 5 years experience of Property Development
Business and sound understanding of Business and Financial Modeling.
3. Expert Knowledge of latest financial analysis techniques. Sound
accounting & analytical skills.
4. Ability to interpret findings and propose alternatives to management.
5. Provide direction and guidelines for financial / business decisions.
6. Good reporting and presentation skills.
7. Good knowledge of risk management techniques.
8. High level expertise in Excel.
9. Exposure to ERP systems.
10. Knowledge of construction industry an advantage.
