Description
The primary responsibility of the Supervisor is to support and
direct multiple production work teams, including the management of teams
across multiple functional areas. Utilizing a combination of technical
knowledge, leadership, business process expertise and team management
skill sets, the Supervisor will guide teams to effective results with in
the areas of process improvement, production, safety, quality, cost,
and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s
degree required Requires 2-6 years manufacturing experience Green Belt
Certification in 6 Sigma required Successful completion of Kohler Co.
Team Leader Advancement Program or similar Demonstrated Communication
and Leadership skills Previous experience in project management skills a
plus
