1. Spreading the safety policy through the employees and
ensure that the company safety policy is well implemented
2. Establishing and implementing EHS procedure which related to Saint
Gobain Glass
3. Managing all PPEs which related to glass industry operation
4. Establish EHS audit plan and conduct some audits with the management
team to establish internal audit management system
5. Implementation of risk assessment system of Saint Gobain trough all
operation and locations and creating action plan to implement the
additional control
6. Creating emergency plan and Follow up on the implementation of the
emergency plan and making emergency drill.
7. Making incident and accidents reports , accident analysis report and
creating action plan with the concerned person
8. Initiate and insure EHS manual are updated and communicated to the
right people through a document control system.
9. Plan and coordinate the environmental measurement which related to
the operation
10. Sending monthly report about EHS performance to Saint Gobain Head
Office and Saint Gobain Director at Egypt.
11. Plan and coordinate EHS training and conduct some safety training
such as Risk Assessment, Accidents and incident reports, OHSAS
Awareness, Occupational Hazards and Accidents, Personal Protective
Equipment and Fire Safety.
