Description
*Call business customers to inquire on payment status of
overdue invoices. *Maintain a call back schedule to ensure customers
have met promised payments. *Report collection status to management.
*Research customer payments, invoices and credit memos lost or in
dispute. Work with other internal departments to resolve payment related
issues. *Review past due correspondence to customers. *Other duties as
assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates
must hold a bachelor degree of Law. The preferred candidate will
possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong
organizational skills and time management skills are also important for
the successful candidate.
