Support General manager on all his managerial work .Organizing
and attending meetings. Taking dictation and minutes of meeting in
professional way and care to follow up with each item. Organizing and
maintaining general manager files and create strong filling system.
Briefing papers, reports and presentations. Handling appointments
carrying out and make documents briefing. Arranging travel and
accommodation and data management .Dealing with incoming email, faxes
and post corresponding. Work closely with Managers .Devising and
maintaining office systems including suppliers and other staff.
Coordinate and Schedule appointment.Can provide general assistance
during presentations

Strong
Personality.Proficient in both English and Arabic • A minimum of 10
years secretarial experience • excellent typing skills- Good computer
literacy, • speed and accuracy essential. (MS Office, Excel,
PowerPoint).Excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written • Professional telephone manner • Proven
ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines • Bright,
confident personality.
