3-Conducting performance appraisal meetings & reports.
4-Developing HR metrics and all analysis reports
5-aware of legal actions & Egyptian labor law
6-participating in issuing contracts,form 1 ,medical and personnel issues.
7-Conducting training programmes through training methods (TNA)
8-Preparing reports and recommending procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
