-Carry out Sampling, inspection & testing of Raw Material
& Finished product in accordance with standard procedures to ensure
that products are of the required quality.
2. Ensure proper Calibration of equipment.
3. Following Hold & Release procedures & completing corrective
& preventive actions to prevent production of defective product.
4. Maintain all required documentation (test records- reports) about all
checks carried out & results in both chemical and micro labs.
5. Identify & report on any quality issues & potential
improvement to product, process & environment.
6. Maintain an awareness of all developments in products & in test
procedures.
7. Ensure that all policies, procedures & rules are followed by
technicians.
8. Completing & updating all Lab reports.
Qualifications
BS.C of science especially chemist- chemical engineer
5-7 year experience in insulation industrial
