1. Receive employees registration via finger prints on the system and
create the daily report.
2. Provide information for the administration department in order to
coordinate the Factorys daily meals.
3. Receive daily alerts from all Factorys departments regarding
overtime and requested leaves.
4. Control and monitor the employees vacations and attendance balance.
5. Update the payroll system with the daily salary transactions.
6. Receive any modifications in labors shifts and prepare employees
attendance report.
7. Control and maintain the finger print attendance machine.
8. Communicate the final reports to the Factory HR Section Head for
review and submitting the HR specialist.
9. Compile and verifies if necessary the employees time and production
records and captures the information in the timekeeping system.
10.Review timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness and
takes the necessary action to correct these and reports any
non-compliance to direct supervisor
