Description
Maintains the university recruitment web site and issue
related reports as required
Handles all recruitment activities such as screening applicants,
preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and
background, and evaluating applicant qualifications
Prepares job descriptions.
Keeps track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers,
promotions, and terminations.
Issues regular reports on applicant flow, selection, and turnover
Coordinates with administrative support staff and management as
appropriate to prepare staffing headcounts and implement recruitment
procedure
Coordinates recruitment advertisements and recruitment related
events/activities with internal and external parties.
Qualifications
A University Degree in Business Administration, HR diploma and /or MBA is an asset.
