- Establish professional analyses and presents information
/statistics on sales Progress to provide accurate and timely information
for strategic and operational decisions and in setting sales targets
and/or allocating the sales force.
- Prepare accurate and timely information for making strategic and
operational decisions (daily, quarterly and annually).
- Prepare documents and materials (for example, reports, presentations,
information packages) for meetings and negotiations with Sales force
- Provide accumulative, accurate, updated and timely information to
Sales Field in order to identify their progress.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze information from Field (in order
to develop recommendations about the incentive programs, commission
structure, Sales Conference and Training.
- Arrange competitions every campaign for ASMs and accordingly ranking
them for prizes.
- Arrange competitions every campaign for SLs and accordingly ranking
them for prizes.
