Ensures the attainment of the 2&3 Wheelers service center
objectives, and reports on the centers performance Handles day-to-day
operational issues in the service center Responsible for the quality of
the service provided in the service center Works closely with Spare
Parts Sales to maximize the selling of spare parts to service center
customers Ensures fair and efficient resolution of customer complaints
in the service center Develops and supervises the service center team of
in-house technicians and other staff Ensures the timely collection of
due receivables from the customers of the service center Controls costs
of the service center team and ensures compliance with the established
budget
Qualifications
2+ years
in a supervisory role, along with strong project/team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering with at least 5
years experience as Service Supervisor in a reputed automotive
dealership. Considerable knowledge of the methods and practices used in
automotive service business. Technically competent to understand the
Product and customer needs and requirements Ability to plan, organize,
and supervise the workshop floor and lead the team. Good English
Communication Skills, both written and verbal. Ability to deal with all
levels of customer profile. Should have excellent- negotiating,
complaint resolving and leadership skills. Strong analytical &
administrative competence is critical for this job. Very good computer
skills.
