Description
Supervises a group of warehousing labor and is responsible for
resource planning, allocation of workload, monitoring of work speed /
accuracy, resolution of work-related labour issues, health and safety
practices Tracks the performance of the team, provides individual and
group feedback for improvement, and recognizes outstanding effort and
achievement Accountable for implementing established warehousing control
procedures (manual and system controls) Ensures healthy and safety
procedures are followed by the staff Accountable for following the
warehouse procedures and policies and trains his team on the proper
application of these procedures and policies
Qualifications
•
Educational background enables the candidate to understand his work
field. • Minimum 5 years of experience • Experience in Automotive filed
is a plus
