Description
—Conducts sales activities from initial inquiry through enrollment
—Maintains positive customer relations and ensures maximum customer satisfaction from enrollment to renewal.
—Ensures the implementation of the Berlitz Learning Cycle
—Maximizes course completion and customer re-enrollment.
—Motivates Language Center team to develop and maintain a customer focused attitude.
—Promotes open communication within the Language Center.
—Responsible for the integrity of operational data and reports.
—Responsible for adhering to corporate policies and procedures.
—Accountable for achieving Language Center performance objectives and profitability.
—Analyzes performance indicators and implement appropriate action plans to enhance results.
—Encourages and supports staff development through training, coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
—Ensures the Language Center environment and appearance creates a positive impression.
Participates in staff selection process.
—Ultimately responsible for all Language Center staff and operations.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
•Full command of written and spoken English
•Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•Strong leadership and motivational abilities
