—Achieve sales targets set.
—Attracting clients towards the company.
—Introducing the prospective clients to company.
—Get in touch with the clients and explain to them all the details and the terms and conditions.
—Cross-selling of products to customers in person or by phone.
—Develops a strong working knowledge of all consumer regulations.
—Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
—Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
—Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
—Contact property owners and advertise services in order to solicit property sales listings.
—Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
