Prepare and track the monthly payroll including benefits,
deductions, loans and all related issues on time every month and ensure
that the payroll system is in line with the income tax and social
insurance laws, in addition to the coordination and follow up with the
finance department for the transfer of the amounts to the employees
bank accounts.
Issue HR letters for employees to facilitate their requests.
Manage personal loan requests ensure payments and settlements according
to company Personal Loan policy.
Administers the automated attendance system and activate employees ID
cards to ensure proper and effective control of attendance.
Keep track of employees vacations and balances to ensure the right
implementation of companys rules and countrys labor laws.
Send Pay slips to all employees to ensure full awareness and
transparency
Qualifications
University degree
Min 1 years of Extensive Experience in Payroll
Excellent user of payroll applications especially M.S Excel.
Very good communication and Organization skills
Computer literate and Good English
High level of analytical ability
