*Answer calls from customers in process of installation inquiring about their DSL line status.
*Placing calls to customers to provide them with updates of their line status.
*Open CRM ticket to document the incoming call.
*Communicate with other departments involved in the DSL cycle for updates.
*Monitor Score
*CRM
*Following up with customer until problem is solved.

*Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
