Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Directors office: 1.Maintain a diary and arranging the day-to-day activities such as– appointments, schedule meetings and receiving of visitors , answering phone e-mail , faxing . 2.Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence ( internal memos, business letters and faxes emanating from different division/department and others companies ). 3.Types correspondences, reports, statistical tables also all confidential documents. 4.Prepare presentation
