Description
|
To Achieve monthly targets assigned individually and for the team
To ensure that all telesales activities are directed to meeting sales
targets.
To develop and implement telesales strategies and objectives as well
as set challenging sales target and ensure that these targets are
achieved.
To maintain service standards and monitor, evaluate and measure
performances to achieve top productivity and efficiency from systems as
well as the product campaigns.
To drive the cross sell effort
Analysis of leads received Select.
Conversion of leads into sale
Updating of all systems as per the call with the customer.
Processing of the request or offer given to the customer.
Constant follow up with the concerned department if the process is
delayed or not fulfilled as per the customers request.
Handling of all customer issues and resolve the same at the earliest
and highlight them to the TL
Maintaining records of all approvals and requests and reports handled.
Compilation of daily and monthly reports and MIS for the team.

Qualifications |
• University Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 1-2 years experience in similar work environment
• Preferably has a practical sales/ marketing background.
• Has strong customer focus and ability to think creatively and work under pressure.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Good team player with result driven attitude.
• Business sensitive.
• Has analytical and computer skills.
• Adaptable and versatile.
