Description
|
* Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems and applications.
* Maintaining computer systems, printers and networks.
* Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
* Replacing spare parts as required.
* Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
* Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
* Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.

| Qualifications |

Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
* Experience in installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting
computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
* Experience in installing & maintaining computer peripherals
(printers).
* Experience in installing Servers and Storage Solutions is an asset.
* The applicant must have solid communication skills, work well in a
team environment, take strong initiative, and have the ability to learn
new technical concepts quickly.
