Description Greet visitors, answers phone calls, prioritize them based on their importance; carefully and courteously routes them Maintains filing and ordering of faxes, mails and e-mails Develops and maintains a message records for unavailable recipients and ensures their acknowledgement Ensures that the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy Organizes meeting rooms bookings based on priority of reservation and importance of events Provides general clerical and typing assistance for the executive office Issues to all company an updated internal contact list May serve as a back-up for the CEO executive assistant Coordinates with IT department to ensure all problems that may occur to the main faxing and photocopying machines are immediately solved
Qualifications Bachelor degree from any discipline, preferable English section Very Good in English Proficiency in MS Office, Internet search Highly organized & focus to details

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
