Description | Ensure that customers orders are processed promptly and accurately. Work closely with internal departments (sales & operations) to coordinate customers’ shipments. Work closely with sales team to retain and develop existing and new landed accounts. Ensure that operations team is familiar with customers requirements and competent in processing customers orders. Build and maintain good rapport with customers to understand their requirements, obtain feedback on service performances and response to inquiries and service issues highlighted by the customers. Work with the Operations team to provide feedback to customer on operations issues, resolve service issues highlighted by the customers and ensure that customers performance measurements are met. Ensure global IOP guidelines are adhered to. Timely opening and closing files on EasyOrd according to sales handover. Troubleshoot all problems to resolution and communicate proactively with all stakeholders including customers. Attend to customers’ enquiries and complaints promptly. Ensure billing of services to Clients promptly and accurately. |
Qualifications | 1-Minimum collage degree in related equivalent discipline from recognized institution. 2-At least 2-3 years working experience in customer service,preferable with freight forwarding background e.g with logistics provider,logistics/supply chain departments of other industries. 3-Accuracy,attention to details and meticulous in his/her work. 4-Able to work with minimum supervision. 5-A good team player 6-Good communication and organizational skills,ability to communicate with customers and colleagues on a professional level,problem solving techniques. 7-Energetic,well motivated,proactive and able to deal with high level of activity. 8-Excellent oral and written communication in English language. |
