Description	- Research and gather data regarding market trends and activities ،n real estate market, Concerning financial and demographic factors, major customers trends, competitive strategies, alliances strategies etc in target countries/markets as per the BD development plan of the company. - Participate in the identification and evaluation of potential new business opportunities. - Helps in filtering opportunities. - Assists in developing business models scenarios for existing and future sites and opportunities. - Assist in the preparation of business plans and proposals - Prepare presentations and support documentation for business development meetings, negotiations as well as introductions to potential/existing partners/vendors for further cooperation and exploration of business opportunities,
Qualifications	- University degree BA, and a combination of a Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development/Account Management, - Training/coaching in Business Development, Marketing, and Finance

Experience	6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills	preferred Real estate background . Ability to think and act strategically regarding business strategy.
