Description
Configure and maintain of client PCs, Application server and
Database server. Assist customers with software faults/bugs and On-site
and/or remote troubleshooting. Follow up and monitoring the open ticket
processes and the upgrade plan with the specialist and senior
specialist. Participating in products testing processes. Backup,
recovery, Administration and maintaining customers database. Database
security, controlling access permissions and privileges Consultant must
be able to provide updates of support tickets, visits progress and
challenges to the Account Manager on a regular basis. Establishing the
needs and requirements of the customers. Responsibility to travel to
customer premises both in and outside of the normal or after working
hours. Configuring the application modules as per customer needs
matching to the standard. To complete, maintain all company paperwork in
a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the companys
guidelines. To maintain and enhance the company image by acting
professionally during the support calls and visits progress. To attend
any relevant training course which is set to improve knowledge on the
companys or associated applications
Qualifications
Minimum
three years experience. Preferably Communication skills Course and SQL
Server 2005 Database Administrator certified. Strong English commands
and language skills. Strong knowledge of current technologies and
Microsoft SQL technologies. An excellent communicator, self starter and
tenacious. Candidates must be disciplined and well organized. A good
understanding of product business knowhow would be an advantage although
full training will be provided. Flexible and adaptable approach to
customer needs is a good trait for a consultant. Be able to work under
pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all
tasks are completed to the relevant business processes. Educated to a
degree level in a computer related system, with a demonstrated strong
computer background, networks and technical ability. Strong Knowledge in
Microsoft Products. Extensive application and database engine up to
date knowledge’s. Understanding of customer service philosophies
